Sears Holdings Corp. announced the 2 remaining stores in its deal with Primark: Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA and South Shore Plaza in Braintree, MA. In Burlington, Sears and the detached Sears Auto Center will continue to operate in approximately 196,000 gross s/f on the lower level. Primark will lease approximately 73,000 gross s/f. (approximately 54,000 net s/f retail space), predominantly on the second level of the mall. At South Shore Plaza, Sears and Sears Auto Center will continue to operate in approximately 138,000 gross s/f on the lower and second level. Primark will lease approximately 71,000 gross s/f (approximately 52,300 net s/f retail space), predominantly on the second level of the mall...The Burlington, MA Board of Selectmen approved a liquor license for Buffalo Wild Wings, to be located at 15 South Ave. off Middlesex Turnpike...CBRE/New England has arranged the sale of White City Shopping Center in Shrewsbury, MA  for $97 million. The 260,000 s/f center is fully occupied by Shaw’s Supermarket, Petco, Dress Barn, The Paper Store, Planet Fitness, and Austin Liquors... Papa Razzi Metro launched in Burlington, MA last week. The 10,000 s/f restaurant on Wall Street has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation that began last fall. The five other Pappa Razzi locations in Wellesley, Concord, Boston, Framingham, and Cranston, RI are expected to be converted to Papa Razzi Metros within the next 2 years. Papa Razzi Metro features small plates as well as homemade pastas, authentic Neapolitan pizzas, vegetables, meats, and seafood. Papa Razzi was acquired by the Newport Harbor Corporation, the company’s first foray into the Boston dining scene...Stop & Shop opened at its newly-built Mid Island Stop & Shop on Nantucket. The 36,000 s/f store replaces Stop & Shop’s current store on the island...Foodie’s Markets will open a 15,000 s/f grocery in in Belmont Center. The independent, family run grocery store will be the first anchor tenant for the building that was previously home to Macy’s...Fuddruckers is opening its first location in Maine this month, a 3,000 s/f restaurant in Ellsworth at a new Tradewinds convenience store complex. In addition to the 72 company-operated Fuddruckers locations, parent company Luby's Inc. is the franchisor for 107 Fuddruckers franchise locations...Big Y Foods has opened its first Big Y Express Gas & Convenience store in Pittsfield, MA, adjacent to its World Class Market there.
